Went in knowing what I wanted to buy. I asked for help and the employee helping me was looking for the product. I said it's ok if there isn't any and she assured they recieved a shipment and would have someone look in the back. I waited 10 to 15 minutes in the same place. No one came by to tell us anything. Until a different employee rudely asked if we were looking for something. I told her we were waiting to see if someone had found the product i wanted in the back and she promptly answered that they didnt. I left right after annoyed that my time was wasted. I then went online and put in an order for the item I wanted for pickup at the same store as it was the only one that seemed to have the product I wanted. I would assumed they would have canceled it if they didnt have it. My order is

Best Sephora experience I’ve ever had! This is hands down the friendliest Sephora I’ve ever been to. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and the store was easy to navigate and find what I needed. I was specifically looking for a foundation with a certain formulation since my old go-to changed and no longer works for my skin. I asked Mckenna for help, and she was AMAZING. Within literally 5 MINUTES, she found me the perfect foundation, both shade and formula were spot on. That level of skill and product knowledge is seriously impressive. Highly recommend coming here if you want great makeup advice and an actually enjoyable shopping experience. Huge shoutout to McKenna for making this the best Sephora visit I’ve ever had!

We went to sephora this afternoon and the cashier lady was super rude. We don't see her name tag but she is not happy to work at all. She is not smile, use F word and frustrated when checked out for us. But at least, the person who help us shop is nice to deserve 3 stars.

I have been Sephora Rough member for years. Today i had the worst shopping experience. I got a Sephora favorite perfume set including a perfume voucher a while ago and I wanted to redeem it today. The store manager refused to redeem the voucher. Her reason was that the product SKU on the voucher did not exist anymore. This is so funny! The SKU can be any number sephora assigns, but the product is still the same. The voucher never expires. It is like you get a new passport, then you are not yourself anymore? Maybe it is just time to not go Sephora anymore. Such a joke!

We were helped to choose a perfume which the shop didn’t carry. They helped us matching the scent with different brands they had. Store itself was clean and well organized. Staff we met was all friendly, attentive, helpful, and professional. Great experience. Best customer service in any Sephora shops we has visited!!
