I love this salon. It's clean, calm, and relaxing. Warm, low-key. Delphy gives a great haircut every time and understands exactly what I'm aiming for. The women who work there are sweet and kind. Can't recommend highly enough!

Relaxing atmosphere, never felt rushed, and working with Liseth has been a great experience overall! She really understands hair texture and thickness. In the past, I’ve struggled to find a stylist in the Boston/Cambridge area who understands these aspects well and can choose a style that complements your face. She listens to what you're going for and also offers helpful input when asked. I loved this salon and will definitely keep coming here for all my hair needs!

I've had several haircuts with Delfy and she always does a phenomenal job! Most affordable option I could find in my area but still a great haircut and wonderful service. It's always a super relaxing experience.

Can’t recommend enough! We went here for our son’s first haircut (11 months old) after seeing a cute haircut at the park and asking where he got it. We were recommended to see Delfy and she was phenomenal! She was so sweet and patient with our little one. He got his own cape and sat on my lap. The first snip she did she ran to the desk and taped on a certificate for him. We felt so special for his first cut and she cut it just how we wanted. Thank you, Delfy!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Innova Salon. Whatever my hair needs have been, the ladies at Innova come through. Delfy and Liseth are both very skilled, great at listening to your wants, and they ask the right questions. Delfy lightened my dark roots perfectly even when I let them grow too long. The salon itself is a very pleasant and relaxing environment. Prices can't be beat, especially for the quality. When I had a pixie, they didn't charge exorbitant 'women's haircut' rates: just a flat haircut rate across the board. Pricing is transparent with every service. I've never left a review for anything before--I'm writing this now because that's how great the quality of the work is at Innova.
