Disappointing experience. The employees were not willing to help at all, even though the store was not busy. Customer service was lacking, and I felt ignored when I needed assistance. I expected much better from Sephora.

The workers were more interested in talking to each other and made me feel uncomfortable I just wanted to ask a few questions and maybe talk about a few products see if they were for me also do not touch anything this store is disgusting. I only took one photo because I was so uncomfortable being in the store. I’d rather go to target at least someone will be happy to help me out.

Had an absolutely horrible makeover elsewhere shortly before my friends wedding. I came in in tears and Bianca literally saved my face. She was so kind and helpful in an incredibly stressful moment. I loved all the products she recommended. So knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.

Great selection of makeup in the mall.

I had to come and leave a special review for Yolanda. I am not a makeup girlie, I know next to nothing, Yolanda was busy but saw me struggling and came to help me and helped me find the best matching products for my skin, she went above and beyond for me and was sweet as pie the whole time.
