Go see Raye at this location! I cannot say enough good things about her AND the afternoon manager at this location. They are both so knowledgeable but RAYE IS YOUR GIRL!!! Raye has helped me completely rebuild my makeup kit after a boy did something stupid to it (boy is gone btw). She has been so patient and remembers what she suggested to me before. I am an older girlie but she has knowledge of ALL skin types. She has given me application tips for new products and will even de-influence me on certain products that I come in for (even if more expensive that what she’s recommending). Visited the Riverhead Sephora to shop for perfumes and planned to spend $300–$500, as fragrance is something I regularly purchase and stock up on. I usually shop at the Smithhaven and Shirley locations where the customer service is consistently excellent, so this visit was noticeably different. Several employees were gathered talking and laughing, and no one acknowledged or offered assistance while I browsed, even though the store was not busy. I want to be fair and clear that this did not feel race-related — I’m African American and was also not acknowledged by the associate who appeared to share my background — but the overall lack of engagement felt dismissive and unprofessional. Jenny is awesome! I went in to process a return for a wrong product that I bought and she introduced me to new items. She did an analysis on my skin for the best possible products for me. What was me stopping in just for a return turned into a personal glam session. Loved it! Thanks Jenny.

I’ve came in-person twice since this store has opened (color matching and fragrance testing). Both times I was helped by a wonderful employee named Ray, very knowledgeable and nice. Although I cannot speak on the other employees, she’s always the first to come up and ask if you need help and sticks by you until all your questions are answered. Appreciate the great customer service from Ray!

First time at this location , awesome selection , lgreat customer service and very clean and organized. The manager who I wish I remember her name . She was super sweet and helpful . Can’t wait to return
