Went in today 12/27/25 and dnt know the store like talking at all because I dnt do makeup but when I say the store worker Tiffany was a wonderful help she went over and beyond to help me find the items I needed and had me in n out…Thanks Tiffany keep doing what you do helping others

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience left me feeling uncomfortable and profiled. I was still handing the cashier my items when she abruptly reached asked for my basket. My car keys were still in it, and she was visibly impatient, holding her hand out to take it. There was no logical reason for that — unless you assume your customer is leaving items in-basket to be left unscanned. The interaction felt premature and unnecessarily intrusive, especially considering the timing. I had not yet paid, nor had she begun scanning. I left the store feeling unwelcome and scrutinized in a way that did not feel warranted. I’m a paying customer who expects the same courtesy and space to shop as anyone else. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to guide better customer service training

I went to the sephora here and it was great the staff was great.... they immediately greeted and asked if I needed help and I did .... and they said they could scan my skin to match me with my correct color foundation . I cannot remember her name, but a sweet employee there just looked at me and boom perfect foundation match ,did the same with my mom for a concealer . Love love love this store and the employees
