“Sephora Short Pump: Where My Wallet Goes to Cry but My Daughter Goes to Achieve ROUGE Glory.” Stopped in “just to look” and somehow helped my daughter hit Rouge status, which I’ve learned is basically the Sephora version of becoming a Marvel Avenger. The staff was amazing, the samples flowed like confetti, and the total at checkout… priceless. (Painful, but priceless.) Would shop again. After my credit card recovers.

I went in today looking for a specific brand of brown mascara. Lethe helped me. She actually went beyond helping me find the mascara. She showed a genuine interest in what I was looking for (and why). Lethe was so friendly, helpful, and very easy to talk to. We had a great conversation as well! Thank you for making me feel valued!

About an hour after the store opened, I came in with my sister to look for new essentials for her upcoming wedding. We were greeted by an associate who gave us a basket and asked if we needed help, but she walked away before we could even respond. One member behind the register was right next to the display we were looking at and was kind enough to help shade match her. Since she was on register, we knew it’d be wrong to ask her for more help so we kept looking. I went back to the front to ask the same lady who gave us a basket recommendations for concealer. She just named the brand and pointed across the store to where it was and turned back to chat with her coworker. No further questions about the type of concealer, or shade matching. I had a DoorDash order to do which I did not know would involve me finding a store in a mall. When I got there the Christmas rush was on. As a male I don’t know much about makeup. Ava saw me struggling and stepped up to help. She helped find all my items and checked me out with her handheld device. I was having a really long day and Ava approaching me and getting me in and out helped a lot.

Staff are helpful and available. Fabiola helped me and was super friendly and showed me a product that I had never heard of, but was exactly what I needed. The store is also HUGE and carries a ton of inventory. Tip: this location is busy, but you don’t have to stand in line of you’re paying with card! Any staff member can check you out on the floor.
