SEPHORA

I’ve been coming to this Sephora for quite a while now and saw this beautiful young lady! Haven’t seen her but recently got her name at register . Paola. She’s such a good help! She was kind, helped me with my return, and thanked me for being patient, Never seen someone say that before. Honestly super likable. She gave me free samples after and I just had to write something. Made me feel seen and the conversation just kept flowing. I didn’t even know I was waiting. Overall the store is always clean and people always come to ask me if I needed help which is such a nice thing when walking into Sephora. Will be coming back to this location.

This location consistently lacks customer service & is disorganized. Everytime I visit the Colorado Blvd. location, I am ignored, even when I seek help to locate a product. Funny part is, cashier will almost always ask if anyone helped me. Parking is inconvenient as well, as street parking is almost nonexistent, with trucks constantly loading & blocking space. I wish there was parking for online orders, so customers could easily pick up. Unfortunately the headache of parking, along with the lack of assistance & disorganization of products makes visiting this store a very unpleasant experience. I visited this location again yesterday, after looking for parking for >40 minutes. I attempted to look for a specific product, and grabbed multiples of it as I didn't want to return to Sephora

This Sephora did not meet the usual standards of customer service. As I entered the store 5 employees were hanging out at the entrance talking amongst themselves. No one one greeted us or offered assistance, they seemed totally uninterested in the customers and their needs. I had to walk to the front of the store and interrupt their conversation to recieve help. You really need to either re-train your staff or replace them.

Literally was only looking around… an employee came up to me and asked if I needed anything and when I said no they were like ok well we are closing. Mind you there were MANY other people there too. Felt singled out and won’t be back again.

Customer service at this store is good. I came in to see a specialist without an appointment and was penciled in rather quickly. Janus did a great job on my makeup and I did not feel rushed in any way. I only wish I could spoil myself with some of the other services they provide. Beautiful store that makes people beautiful
