Erika is the reason I shop at this Sephora for years, She’s been incredibly kind, funny, and always makes the experience feel personal and enjoyable. Every time I visit, she takes the time to help me find exactly what I need and gives helpful, honest advice without ever feeling pushy. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and loves what she does. Her energy and positivity make the store feel welcoming the moment you walk in. Sephora is lucky to have someone like Erika—she goes above and beyond every time and truly deserves to be recognized as the star employee she is.

Today was my first time really shopping for makeup for myself. I came in a bit nervous, but Monica was wonderful. She helped me find what I need, her color matching was really great. I’m excited to try out doing more makeup from here on.

I am compelled to write a review on Max - a sales associate at the Sephora at Kohls at the Bergen Mall. I went it to the store to return a product without a receipt. However, on my Sephora App- it appears. The store manager wasn’t helpful and was apprehensive about this. I don’t understand why. He was very short with me. I ended up leaving the store and calling Sephora’s customer service line and they assured me that the store manager at kohls at the Bergen mall was wrong and that they should have been helpful.I call the store again and long and behold Max answers my call and did his diligent work and found my receipt. SUCH A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!! i don’t now anything about makeup and im pretty new to all of this and Elizabeth walked me thru all the steps to start off! She helped me find a concealer, bronzer and blush and was extremely patient! ❤️❤️❤️

i usually come to this sephora all the time with no problem at all but today i was encountered with a weird experience. i came in with my boyfriend and was walking around looking to buy a makeup by mario blush since i had just ran out. i was going to buy with my gift card. i grabbed the blush and continued to look around when i was encountered by one employee if i needed help and i said no since i already had my blush. after that i started to get followed along the isles and was then approached by another woman pointing at the blush in my hand asking what it was..i replied "a makeup by mario blush" and she said "yeah i know but what is it?" and i replied with the shade color. it was weird because i've never had this happen before but i'm assuming they thought i was stealing since i had a l
