Jay was so helpful and sweet helping me with skincare and some new foundation and concealer. It was busy on a Saturday but all of the staff were super welcoming and friendly! It’s a nice store and pretty spacious

As a loyal customer, I have always appreciated the service at Sephora; the sales associates are typically courteous and helpful. However, my recent interaction with Carson was disappointing. His demeanor felt dismissive, and I believe customers deserve respect when choosing to shop with a brand. This experience has led me to reconsider where I take my business, possibly even choosing to visit Ulta instead.

I have never been to a location with more unhelpful unfriendly cold staff members in my life. They are snarky they are clicky and have no knowledge of any product in that facility. Useless as a ham sandwich inside of a makeup store.

I think the associate who helped me was named Charlie he had nice hair. He was super kind and patient and helped me color match a foundation and concealer and recommended the primer from nars as well. Made me feel super comfortable!

Not good - I received a gift , I came in 1 day past the deadline- manager did not override return or exchange , I was even willing to spend more than my return but the manager did not offer to do anything . Just smirked and said sorry. Clearly as I walked away upset she then yelled across the store “ have a nice day “ in a sarcastic / childish way. No respect for working moms or people just having busy lives .
