I LUV this location, my first time there and Jose gave me an amazing experience. From the minute I walked through the door. He is extremely patient and was kind enough to answer my 88 questions🤭. He was even able to give me some personal assistance/advice when it came to trying new acne products.Finding a routine for the ones implemented. As well him having the knowledge on what products and ingredients for me to take a break from on my skin. He was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING💐🥰

Lady or Leidi (i’m sorry for my spelling) was SO KIND and went out of her way to hold a pick up order for me 5 minutes after they had closed. most people would not do that and that just shows how sweet of a person she is! i had the best experience just because of her and really appreciate her going above and beyond for a total stranger!!!

I’m not sure why this location has such positive reviews. I went to the store excited as I was travelling and needed to get a few things but no one in the store greeted me or offered to help, each employee had poor attitudes and didn’t look in my direction. One employee working in the hair section was busy doing her own hair in the mirror and totally ignored me browsing products. Such a poor experience unfortunately but I hope things can change, it was a really unsettling experience.

I've been going to Sephora for close to 30 years and this is hands down the best customer service I've received. Went in on Sunday 10-12-25 at opening, and the gentleman that helped me was an absolute doll. Helped me find exactly what I needed and a little bit more. Thank you for the great experience! X

One of the employees just shut the door to people’s faces, I understand it’s still 10:58, 2 min till the store opens, but maybe you can teach them to be polite and say nicely something like “sorry we will be open in 2 min”, and I am writing this down in 11:02 am and the store is not open yet even though people wait outside!
