I walked into the store at Tyson’s corner 1 mall, it was crowded! I was worried that I would spend a long time waiting for a representative to answer my questions about some specific makeup I was trying to get. I was COMPLETELY WRONG! Everywhere I turned, a specialist was there asking if I needed help, if I have any questions and they would walk me to the items I was asking about. They also suggest some trending products and had me try them on as well.😁 I must say the store was not short of merchandise! You can see in the photos, I have this lovely YSL liquid blush and lipgloss! 😊💕 Considering how busy the store was, the checkout process was also seamless! I forgot I even had points to get some form of discount and I was asked if I wanted to use them. I highly recommend this store! If y

I had an amazing experience at this Sephora. I was able to get a foundation match and restock some of my stuff. The girl who helped me was so sweet and patient. I had forgotten to ask her name but according to my email receipt it says Roselyn. So Thank you for the exceptional service Roselyn!

This Sephora is stocked with tons of various beauty items. If you are someone who needs no assistance with selecting products and if you can stand the crowd, this is an easy choice. However, if you need assistance, it’s hit or miss. I’m not one that usually needs help. I’m a low maintenance customer most of the time. On this one occasion, however, I had a foundation question. I was redirected from a manager to an associate to help with a shade match. The manager barely heard my question before she pawned me off to an associate who handed me a sample, asked me no questions. When the first foundation shade didn’t work she quickly handed me another bottle to try and just walked off. Every time I come to Sephora to buy skincare, literally every time, the cashiers have no smile at all, like they really don’t want to be there. I’m not expecting anyone to be overly cheerful, but at least some basic friendliness would be nice. I’m just a customer checking out, not here to deal with anyone’s bad mood. The whole “please hurry up and leave” vibe is honestly a turn-off. That said, this feedback is only about the cashiers. The other staffs are great. They’re helpful with skincare questions, and when my girlfriend wasn’t sure about her foundation shades, they took the time to help her try different options.

This review is specifically for Lindsay who works for this Sephora store. Excellent service provided- patiently helped my mother to select the right shade of foundation, lip color etc with a constant smile on her face. Extremely pleasant experience, grateful to humans like her who making a shopping experience worth while! Thank you!!
