Pure Med Spa

Pure Med Spa is great. I've been their customer from the very beginning and always found all their staff to be very professional and attentive. I come once a month for a custom facial. I have acne and need a deep - Russian style deep and thorough - pore extraction facial if you know what I'm talking about. I went to many different spas looking for an esthetician who could do a good facial and was very happy to find Shalene. She always does a fantastic job with my skin and often does something extra for me, which is nice. I absolutely love her face massage and find that I look 5 year younger after facial. I bring my teenage daughter for face and back facials here too. Back facial can be pretty painful but Shalene found a way to numb the skin for my girl, which made a difference. Definitely

Amazing service - prompt and efficient. Very friendly staff, Melissa from the front desk and my aesthetician Shalene were great and made me feel really comfortable as a first time client here. The space itself is also very clean and welcoming. My skin looks absolutely fantastic post hydra facial! I will definitely return.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this spa. I invested a significant amount of money expecting noticeable results, and unfortunately, I saw no improvement whatsoever. When you pay premium pricing for aesthetic treatments, you expect professional service, transparency, and visible outcomes. What concerns me the most is that if I am paying for a full syringe of product, I expect the entire product to be injected as promised. There should be complete clarity about how much is being used and where it is being placed. As a paying client, that is not an unreasonable expectation. For the cost involved, I expected better communication, better technique, and most importantly, real results. At this time, I cannot recommend this spa based on my experience.

I love going here! Lucy has done many sessions of cool laser to improve skin texture and remove sun and aging spots on my face, neck, shoulders, and back. From the moment I walk in I feel ultimate luxury, the beautiful relaxing room and warm bed, the lighting, the music, hot tea, and best of all, the most wonderful care in such experienced hands with Lucy. I just had a session and results are always fabulous!

Everyone at Pure Med Spa is amazing at what they do! They're a great team that take good care of you. The space is spotless and relaxing. They really take the time to explain everything and make you feel pampered. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality treatments.
