I hate to be this person but guess now I have to be. This store just lost a frequent customer because of how rude they were. Manager included. I have the flu and had to cancel my appointment. Again, I get my makeup done here often. I wanted to see if I can get the fee waived. And I called the main number from the app first and they told me the store can definitely do that for me. I called twice and both times they told me no. I get policies, ok. Even if I didn’t get my money back. There was no, I’m sorry you don’t feel fell or anything to show any compassion. Just very rude and nope I can’t cancel. When this store has canceled on me in the past!!! I’ve had events and I’ve gotten notifications they overbooked. Imagine that, and was I ever rude? Nope. Southgate shopping center!! Great team, products and energy!! Full Store not a kiosk. Feel the excitement. Products Great for men but the specialty is Women oriented products. Im a man and i would shop there.

I came in here for the first time to return a lipstick and liners that didn't cut it. Samantha conducted the return and was very pleasant. It is nice to come into Sephora again and be treated with respect. I spend a lot of money in this store and don't need to deal with snotty little girls like at Ulta. I am looking forward to coming here again. The store is very nicely organized, appears to be fully stocked, and the staff are professional without hovering over you. This location has plenty of parking and accommodates people with disabilities.

I had an amazing experience with Ms. Alyssa. I was looking for a natural look, and she thoughtfully suggested and tested few different products until we found the one that made me feel confident and comfortable. She was incredibly kind and truly made my day so much better. Thank you so much!

Brought my daughter (10) and the young ladies who helped her were amazing! Nicole (sorry I think that was you) was so sweet and kind and encouraging. It may have been one of the best Sephora experiences I have ever had. Thank you again to the 2 young ladies that helped us you were both so lovely!!!!
