This is my home Sephora so I come very often.. needless to say every experience is different but today was one of my favorite experiences! I was helped by the beautiful amazing Alice! She was so awesome going that extra mile in helping me with my fragrances to ensure I left satisfied! She was so fun and nice! Sephora needs more Alice’s!!! (-:

During their recent end of year VIB sale I was so overwhelmed by the crowds and infinite products that I was struggling to make choices. But then beautiful Patty* stepped up to help me build up my shopping basket with top tier product knowledge and overall customized understanding for what I needed. She accepted my 2016 product preferences without judgement while educating me on how my regiment could benefit from some updates. She offered brand options and comparisons based on in depth color theory and ingredient compatibility. I have two major takeaways from this Sephora experience: the products compliment each other so flawlessly on my face with minimal expertise, I haven't loved my makeup this much in literally decades💄… and my other take away was the customer service; turns out Patty w

Been trying to contact the store but no one anwser the phone, just wanna know what is the 500 points bazar reward available for feb 2026. I've been to 2 different stores dowtown that had nothing already so i dont wanna lose another trip ;-;

My experience was ruined by an odd individual working there. He followed me and my friend around with a basket even after we told him we didn't need it and made uS very ,uncomfortable. 0/10 don't recommend

I hope people test the product on the wedges they offer if you can find them and not on themselves. Very dirty. They need to dust off and clean where they keep the cotton swaps/etc people be leaving their trash in there. Also, instead of having employees stand around and look at you like you’re going to steal something (doing the most when they just work there), have them do something productive. Especially if they aren’t assisting anyone. That’s why as much as I like to go for Mario products. I’m sticking to Ulta 👋
