The staff at this Sephora location are genuinely kind and helpful. I usually shop online because I haven’t had great experiences at other stores, but the team at Sephora Mercer on One makes it worth shopping in person. Great service every time.

Sephora at Mercer on One is a great option for makeup, skincare, and haircare. The staff are great, especially Keliah. She was helpful and friendly. This Sephora is better than the one inside Quakerbridge Mall, as it's not as crowded, and there are a lot of sales.

This is the first Sephora I’ve been to where the employees weren’t rude or overbearing. They were genuinely helpful and kind—attentive without hovering. When I looked lost, they stepped in to assist and made sure I found everything I needed. I’m not even from this area, but this will definitely be my go-to Sephora from now on. The ones near me (and in the city) are so overwhelming that I usually leave without buying anything just to escape the experience. The store is also well organized which makes it easier for those of us who get anxious and overwhelmed by messy/crowded environments.

I had the pleasure of shopping at Sephora today March 31st and I must say, Nikaleeya, the beauty advisor, made my visit truly exceptional! Over the years, I've spent thousands of dollars at different locations, but this was the first time I felt truly valued and cared for as a customer. Nikaliya greeted me warmly, listened to my needs with patience, and made thoughtful recommendations tailored to me. She went above and beyond by providing samples with a smile—no rudeness or hesitation at all. Her professionalism and genuine kindness turned my shopping trip into an enjoyable experience.
