I do not know her name but leadership at this location today noon (2/24) was so incredibly kind and was the best customer service I’ve ever seen. Please notice this because she deserves an even higher promotion. I was having a hard day and she noticed. In my own practice of leadership, I myself am taking what I have learned from her. The little things matter. Thank you today. I have also noticed the work of two other employees I interacted with too and overall, I am very satisfied with this location. Thank you!

So many employs there & none of them were willing to help because they were too busy talking with each other. This 5 star review is ONLY for Daniel who took time to talk to me & introduce me to a new perfume. He was very kind & helpful thank you. Hope your coworkers learn something from you!

I used to love going to the Sephora in Downtown Summerlin, the ladies working there were so polite, friendly and most of all SO HELPFUL! I've gone twice recently and I don't think I'll ever go back. Why are there so many people "working" there but none of them are helpful? I was greeted by someone, she acted like I was putting her out by waking in the store, then I told her I'd like some help with perfumes & some foundation... She walked me to the back of store and says, "here's the perfumes and foundations can be found on these aisles" and walked away. Unbelievable. You want me to pay $50+ for foundation but you can't be bothered to help me find the right one?? No thank you!!

I enjoyed shopping at Sephora for many of my HABA, cosmetics, makeup and brushes. The store offers so many makeup and hair care lines. The staff is welcoming and helpful. I always have a good time trying on samples and making my selections. My sister and I have fun there while shopping.

Not all the staff was friendly and welcoming on my visit to Sephora on 04/10. It’s been awhile since I purchased makeup and Aileen helped me with getting products that would look good with my various needs I wanted to addressed. She was professional, helpful, and kind. Jessi checked me out and she was nice as well. Thanks, Aileen and Jessi!!!
