SEPHORA inside JCPenney

I wish i could given this store a negative star! The employee was extremely rude and treated me as if I was a thief... I was looking at some lipsticks and was just taking them out of their UNSEALED boxes to see their true colors. I was wearing a full face of my own makeup before even walk in so I didn’t even intend to try anything on but she assumed that i was trying out the lipsticks, and not using the testers. I told her no I am not trying anything on. I just wanted to see their true colors. She went on and said well if you opened them and air got in them then I had to put them off the shelves anyway so if you aren’t buying them, can you give them to me? I said okay and went to look at some more. But I noticed she was standing at the corner chatting up 2 other salesperson and kept starin

This Sephora is awful. They never have anything in stock. The staff is super lazy. I’ve been a Sephora customer for 7 years and I’ve never been to one where my experience is bad everytime. I’m never coming back to this one ever.

Manger is very rude here you can shop one day and buy a lot of stuff and the next day want a sample and she questions me about two times before she wants to give it to me..."saying one sample you won't be able to tell if it works or not' The customer has to try the product to make sure that they do not have any allergic reactions she supposely a manager right?? Such terrible time dealing with then after I spend a lot of money the last day and all I want to do is try the product that goes with it as a set but, she wants to be the one and make unsessary comments about it lik e really??? Need to call corporate on these inappropriate White woman managers that keep discrimination against black woman shoppers when they are the prodominatly black woman that shop at this mall!! Don't short change

I wish I would have gotten the sales person name but he was a black man with box braids. They didn't have my shade in store but I still left with a positive experience. He took his time and assisted me in my search, was kind and went the extra mile with looking up the other store information for me.
