SEPHORA inside JCPenney

I bought wonderful items from your store here but the employees were not nice. I had my hand in my pockets because I like having my hands in my pockets walking around. As soon as I walked out into the JCPenney I was looking at clothes an employee asked me if I wanted to give something back to them. I was star struck because I have never stolen something but they said it in a nasty tone and they didn’t even check the security cameras to really check if I did steal ( I didn’t) so she just assumed and I was shaken up almost the rest of the day. I have never had anything like that happen before and I will not be coming back any time soon or ever. I do not want anything else to happen and I don’t want to be accused of something I didn’t do.

In general it's great but with Covid their shelves are pretty much empty at this location. No product to even look at on most shelves. No prices on most of the little product that was on display. So I'd go to a different Sephora next time.

I had to wait till the two employees stopped visiting before they addressed me standing there waiting. I didn't have any encouragement for purchase, which is good they weren't forceful but i felt an unprofessionalism.

I am 65 years of age. I went into Sephora for a makeover and they treated me poorly. I never felt so ashamed in my life. The employees snicker at you and this made me just get up and leave. I was excited at first to have Sephore in our JC Penny's store but now I just wish they would leave.

Took my mom over to look around and a return, but the store is very clean and nice and cool which was so appreciated and employee's were working hard as everything was on sale and mom left happy which is hard to get from her, store's better watch out for mama,
