I cannot say enough amazing things about Catie Thompson at Sephora Hingham. As a chef who hosts public events and speaking engagements, I need makeup that helps me look polished and confident and event ready, and Catie always delivers. She has an incredible eye for understanding the occasion and tailoring the look so I feel stunning but still like myself. Every single time she gets it right. I am also a single mom of two teenagers, including a son with severe autism. Bringing kids into any store can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Catie is unbelievably patient and kind. She creates such a calm and welcoming space. My kids felt comfortable, respected, and genuinely cared for. She also gave the best product recommendations for teenage skin and breakouts. If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful when trying to make returns with a receipt and gift exchanges. I was told I was 1 day outside the return window and they would not help me. I contacted customer service and they said they couldn’t help me and that I needed to go in store. Buyer beware - if there is a product that doesn’t work for you they won’t allow you to return it if its 30 seconds outside the return window. Do yourself a favor and but directly from the brands, don’t buy from sephora. Its a scam.

Jordana is absolutely wonderful and so helpful! I’m not a regular makeup wearer and don’t have much experience shopping at Sephora, but she made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. She helped me find the perfect products, including a miniature version of a product that would last a long time, and even took the time to match my shades perfectly, trying several options until we found the best fit. I knew she nailed it because several people later in the day commented on how nice my skin looked. There was no rushing or pressure. Just exceptional service in a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

I always loved this particular Sephora and all the sales people and vendors that usually work there. I used to come here more often but haven't been here for maybe a year and finally went today. The person at the cash register was not friendly and definitely lacked basic customer service skills. Also, when I paid in cash (almost $200), she made a face like I did something inappropriate, silently canceled the transaction, did something again on the register, checked the bills, which were NOT FAKE, and then stared at my money for a while with some weird facial expression... 🤨🤔 making me feel VERY uncomfortable. She completed the transaction, but never once thanked me for the purchase, never mentioned my points, never once smiled. Cash remains money. 🙄 My money is not counterfeit. Seriously
