My first experience at Sephora was so lovely! I was truly impressed by the staff’s kindness and their eagerness to assist. I had the pleasure of being helped by two wonderful ladies yesterday, including one named Shane. They were both fantastic! I talked with Shane the most. She helped me when I first arrived, answering all my questions. The next day, I realized I had made a mistake with an order, and the manager kindly helped me, even though I was confusing with my words. This Sephora team is simply amazing, and they make me feel so welcomed! I really appreciate everything you all do, thank you so much!

I can’t recommend Angie (makeup artist at the Friendly center , GSO location) enough! I had a make up appointment on Feb 14th and was feeling nervous. From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel completely at ease! She constantly checked in with me to make sure I was happy with everything and that I felt confident in the look. Her attention to detail and genuine care made the entire experience so special. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she’s also so personable and kind! It truly was an excellent experience from start to finish! Thank you so much Angie!

Honestly, I usually dread coming into Sephora / Ulta because of how hectic it is & lack of help. But in this case; I needed to enter the store to color test some products. After a while of me trying to figure things out on my own and not wanting to bother anyone; I approached Maria . She was the sweetest , most patient Sephora employee I’ve ever encountered. She did not make me feel like I was bothering her. She listened to my concerns and questions and helped me with my products that I needed. She’s very knowledgeable about the products that Sephora sells & also is honest when it comes to reviews . She didn’t just point me to the products she recommended , she walked me to each product I bought with the most upbeat step & peppy attitude ! First time in forever I left a Sephora without a h

Went in last night to try the Danessa Myricks line. I was helped by Dorothy who was very knowledgeable about the line and shade matched me perfectly. She was very personable and made my shopping trip easy and enjoyable.

I was greeted by Olivia with a smile! She was a wonderful sales associate helping me find a new concealer and educating me about the coverage and my undertone while staying in my price range.
