This location always has great customer service when I go there. Me and my son love this store and they go above and beyond with trying to help when something was wrong. It can be dangerous but it’s our happy place! Thank you ladies!

Good men’s supply of scents. Attentive employees, but not informative. We came in with a need and were given two options. We showed interest in one and the questions we had were not answered, how to apply the product, when to apply the product. Asked what Clean Planet Positive answer is and did not receive a clear answer. There was an assumption to want a cheaper product instead of a quality product. All in all, not the best customer service but a well kept and supplied location. Do not advise coming on peak hours.

Sephora is always a good place to be at. Sometimes dangerous cause you never know how much money your going to spend in there.. but it’s worth a good stroll in there if you’re into beauty like that. I’m always greeted when first walking in, and when I do need help they’re always quick to be there and lead me to where I need to be. I will say sometimes I feel like I’m being hovered over, but not everytime. All around I’ve been shopping here since 2016 and have never had a bad experience.

Wish I could give no stars for the absolutely trash service I received. Stood in line for a worker to call for someone (while looking pissed we wanted to checkout) to checkout instead of helping she just walks around. We get sent back to the perfume area to checkout only to stand there for at least five minutes while the worker checking that customer got helped with all her issues that required going back to the original register. And then another lady gets in actual line and the original worker who wouldn’t help is checks her out instead. I’m going to give my money elsewhere. Upon leaving another worker appears to tell us to have a great night- it would’ve been if we could’ve been treated less like a burden for even entering the store and wanting to buy something.

One of my daughters favorite places to shop for cosmetics, perfumes and more. Expert makeup advice and services. Helpful and friendly staff, great service and location. Jessica was especially helpful and provided top notch service, absolutely amazing.
