Every time we visit this Sephora location, the customer service is consistently terrible. We are always treated poorly, and it feels like the staff has no interest in helping customers. The entire team needs extensive training on professionalism, kindness, and basic customer service. I keep hoping the experience will improve, but it never does. Very disappointing!

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the store was pretty chaotic and they were out of everything that I was looking for little disappointed

My sisters and I went into Sephora today, and it was really busy Saturday afternoon. However, we had four different girls provide very attentive, knowledgable, and friendly service - really making three middle age woman who didn't know what they were doing feel important. I wish I could remember all their names. There were also smiles and greetings when we came in and left.

Came into this place in a hurry and needed a good foundation match, when I tell you this girl with the prettiest blue eyes named Whitney helped me in under 5 minutes!! Found my prefect foundation match!! Love her, love this place, im definitely coming here again! 💕💕

I have to write a review about Leah!! She was so incredibly helpful & kind when I went in last night. I normally don’t get Sephora brushes but she seemed trustworthy. After using them this morning I can say they were definitely the right choice for me. The staff at the door were very welcoming as well which was nice especially due to the holiday season.
