Hailey was fantastic during my appointment at Elase. She was professional, gentle, and thorough, explaining each step so I felt comfortable. Her customer service skills are outstanding, as she was attentive, friendly, and made sure all my questions were answered. She turned the entire appointment into a very positive experience. I left feeling well cared for and I was very pleased with the results.

Madison is my favorite Esthitician! Not just bc she’s awesome, but she always takes the time to educate me on what we’re doing and why. I appreciate this so much. It allows me to make better decisions for my skin, and invest in treatments that will get me the results I want. She so knowledgeable, and after seeing her for almost 3 years I can say my skin is exactly where I want it doing everything she tells me. Elase is awesome! I am about 12 months in for my 18 month laser hair removal treatment on my face. I have seen drastic improvement and am excited to start on other areas of my body. Jamie is the best! She is kind, welcoming, knowledgeable and a delight to see and chat with at each appointment.

I really enjoy the team at the Elase Farmington location. All the girls are super nice and helpful- Ashley did my first micro needling appointment. I was apprehensive and she made me feel comfortable and walked me through the process the whole time!
