Had a very pleasant visit here! I booked for a full face with Kirstan and let me tell you her expertise and professionalism are top tier. She made sure I was comfortable and explained throughly what was going on my face. I really appreciated the tips and tricks she also taught me. She made me look and feel beautiful inside and out! I definitely will be coming back to shop and to take a class. Overall, 10/10 experience! 🩷

The staff here are so friendly! Out of all the Sephora’s in the area, this one is the best. I’m ignored a lot of the time I come into Sephora but today, I was greeted by a nice girl in the front and told about all the deals happening. Another girl named Maddie helped me out, and she was great and helped me find a couple items today, and was very knowledgeable about product. I’ve never been here before but I will definitely be coming back!!

Today, I brought my Dyson Airwrap Co-anda 2.0, which had an issue, to the Sephora Mosaic VA location. The cashier was very helpful, and especially the manager, Ada (I'm not completely sure if I spelled her name correctly). She helped me resolve the problem with great care and attention. I feel very grateful and truly appreciate her assistance today. She was even able to get my Dyson Airwrap working again without needing to replace or return it. Thank you, Ada, and thank you to the cashier for your dedicated help today.;))

Tanya was so patient to help me get the foundation sample I wanted to try- she also helped me find the best lighting in the store! I've always had a great experience at this Sephora- everyone is so friendly and helpful.

I believe the photos are self-explanatory, but from what I understood every time I come to this place with a family member, or a friend they receive what they were expecting from treatment product and experience in general, and a big smile on their face as they leave the place and the customer service at Sephora is very noticeably friendly and helpful. The place was clean organized and the product needed was always available. I highly recommend you ladies to visit and get what you need. It is guaranteed satisfaction.
