My wife just recently purchased some items from Sephora on Austin street. She indicated that she had the best experience in the store and one of the best services from a young professional lady named Stephanie. She was very helpful, patient and very knowledgeable in helping me with my needs. She listened and addressed all my concerns. I will definitely be coming back . Thank you

Yesterday I had to do an emergency purchase at Sephora, I have a trip in a week and thought I only needed two items, if you go to Sephora, I would recommend Laura! She is so sweet, but honest, I don't really know much on certain makeup products, but Laura was super informative about products, skin care routines, etc, and I didn't feel judged at all, she helped me understand what my skin needed. She helped me find all the products I needed to get me started, and she takes her time trying to help you find the right shade of concealer/foundation that really fits you. I expressed to her how I feel about certain products, budget, preferences and she always made sure I was satisfied with the items she recommend. If you ever come here, ask for Fatima. She was absolutely amazing so sweet, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She really took the time to listen to what we were looking for, gave honest recommendations, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choices. Her customer service was outstanding and truly made the whole experience enjoyable. Sephora needs more employees like her. I will definitely be coming back and asking for her again.

I usually shop online, but I had such a great experience in-store thanks to the sales associate, Lori. She was incredibly helpful and made the visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back to shop for fragrances in person!

This employee with white flowers on her sleeves, maybe she was a manager because she was dressed differently from other employees but she was very rude to me and my sister since we walked in. She got up in my face telling me to ask for help if I need it. When we asked for help she told us she’ll be back to us but stared at us waiting down the aisle. She basically ignored us. Overall, this was just so unprofessional. I’m very disappointed.
