I had a hair plasma treatment with Johanna, and I was extremely nervous going in. From the moment I met her, she made me feel calm and comfortable. She is very professional, sweet, and genuinely kind. Johanna explained everything step by step, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood the entire process, which really helped ease my fear. My wife has been going to this place for a long time for different treatments, and she always had great experiences, which encouraged me to finally go, and I’m very glad I did. The place was very clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Johanna to anyone who is nervous or looking for someone trustworthy and professional.
