My favorite Sephora location! The staff is incredibly friendly, even going out of their way to be kind to my kids. They’re always willing to help and even recognize frequent customers. The store is clean, organized, and everyone is approachable. Thank you so much! 💕

Although on the smaller size there are still some high end brands available. The lower tax and the surroundings stores like target and t.j.maxx also make it great for a one stop shop.

Have had a few good experiences here that really redeemed Sephora for me. Was recently helped by Dani and she was awesome. Didn’t try to upsell me at all(refreshing), asked some clarifying questions to be sure she knew what I was looking for, and gave me tips on how to use the product as well. Was so helpful I decided to ask about something else I’d been considering, where originally I just wanted to be in and out and not bother. In makeup stores I’ve found plenty that try to prey on potential insecurities by pointing out this or that that you weren’t asking for help with, with the aim to be to sell more for the sake of commission. Most of Edgewater Sephora has been refreshing in that realm, because of the lack of that. Makes for a much more comfortable experience.

Very disappointed, since they sold me a product for a specific requirement I had. The product did not deliver so I went to return it. They refused to take it back. When I told the lady the purpose for which I was recommended that product, she apologised that her store staff sold me the wrong product but she still refused to take it back. I don’t condone stores who clearly note their staff made an error but still will not remediate. This is wrongful selling. Hopefully this is specific only to this #Sephora and not a practice across.

This is a superior Sephora! Andrea and then Karen both allowed me to ask questions and be so curious and gave amazing suggestions of all price points, which I thought was very kind and thoughtful! The whole store was very tidy and even the testers were clean (which isn’t always the case).
