Person helping me had no idea about the products or understood what I was looking for. I don’t know what’s happened to Sephora. I recognized maybe 5 or 6 names. I’ll be getting my products online or in a drug store. Oh. And I’ve been shopping in Sephora stores for decades. Definitely gone down Adding to this I got an eye infection after the salesperson had me sample a mascara. Maybe the board of health needs to check this out!!

I've been to this Sephora over the years and noticed how much more friendly the associates are lately! I was greeted upon entry, whereas in the past I was ignored despite it not being busy. This visit, Miriam approached me and my teen to help her perfectly color match concealer. So glad they took the feedback from previous reviews to make the shopping experience much better!

I came in today looking for a face primer and was lucky to ask the perfect person. Tami’s skin was flawless, I asked her what she uses and she kindly showed me the primer she uses every day, which I instantly fell in love with as well. She was so helpful, made sure I had everything I needed, and even booked me a same day eyebrow appointment. I came in for one item and walked out with my bag full! Loved today’s experience with Tami. I purchased the Faded Cream online and immediately noticed a difference in its formulation—the color was lighter, and the usual sulfuric smell was absent. After testing it for 3–5 days with no results, I decided to return it. After confirming over the phone that my return was eligible, I visited the store. However, the manager, Claudine, refused the return, claiming the product was “almost empty,” despite it still containing over 85% of its contents. She then squeezed approximately 10 milliliters from the 1.7-ounce tube into her hand and insisted it was now emptier, ultimately denying the return.
