Sephora

I came in to Sephora today to get some perfume. Unfortunately they were out but they went online and found it for me and I was able to go to that Sephora store and get it. So they get five stars for having such good customer service.

Just bought 💄 makeup here & got a free bday 🎂 gift 🎁 today! The workers here are attentive & honest! Been coming for the past 5 years! They've helped me find My Korean skin care products, certain rare perfumes, haus lab & makeup 4 ever reviews, & helped me get my online 😊 thing started! I'll be coming back & I'll ask about Selena's rare beauty line 💄!

As I entered the store, two workers tried to make a profit out of me and my friends, but this kind and insightful worker named afifa gave us advice and helped us out in a fashionable manner. She went beyond even giving us advice and recommended products and tested products on my friend that needed help. She is the best worker you’ll ever meet in that store

I’d like to leave a good review for this passionate woman named Afifa. She helped my friends and I with our endeavors showing how compassionate she is for her job rather than trying to make money out of us. She just helped us with our problem and recommended a product with efficiency.

Hit or miss customer service. Most employees are very wonderful and have given me good advice and listened to my concerns regarding the beauty products. However on one of my recent visits, I was struggling with a foundation match and tried consulting an employee for help. I tried telling two employees my concerns regarding matching to my neck and they didn’t listen to me at all. They were having a conversation prior to me asking them for help, and their response if anything only made me feel like I was interrupting them. Will only be going back for the wonderful sephora employees who actually listen to my concerns and not brush it off to continue talking with their coworker.
