Layla was AMAZING! She was so sweet, knowledgeable, and patient during my visit today. She helped me find my perfect shade match and introduced me to the ideal products for both everyday wear and going-out glam. I’m obsessed with how flawless the match was absolutely perfect. Her recommendation of Estée Lauder was spot-on. She made my experience exceptional. Highly recommend seeing Layla!

Went here to get some foundation. One of the employee ask me what size is wanted for Giorgio Armani foundation . I ask for a small size because I wanna make sure I test wear it for a day too see how it fits with me skin. The employee made a comment stating that , " yes its very expensive ". I was just like, okay I get that i dress trashy and came in without makeup. Judging someone how they look doesn't define how rich they are. But it was so unnecessary to make that comment to a customer. They just lost a customer. Sephora needs to train their employee on having great customer service and most of the employee there are just rude with bitchy face that aren't happy to work there. First visit ever into an actual Sephora as I needed to make 1 return of 1 item. It felt like the MAC store as sensory overload. I couldn't believe how long the line was on a Wednesday afternoon 3p. It snaked. I checked with patrons to ensure I wasn't cutting or skipping the line. To their credit, they moved things expeditiously and I didn't see 1 work sitting about, playing on their phones not being apathetic. 1 young lady got a handheld and asked if I was paying with a card. I said "RETURN" she waved it off so I told the lady behind me to go ahead thinking I had to go to the traditional registers at the counter. Nope, because the next lady with a hand held asked the same thing... I pointed and said Return. Well, she could take me. No issues which led me to question why the 1st personne

Customer service here from Rize! (I hope that’s her name lol) was outstanding. Even though I came in 15 minutes before closing. She took her time to make sure the color matched for a foundation. Because of the oxidize! Wow she’s amazing! I wish nothing but the best for her! God bless her!

I just went there with my daughter we were wanting to look at the lip gloss edem. We browsed the store before looking to see if there was anything new. Me and my daughter was standing at the fragrance wall and the associate that was helping another customer just completely stepped all over us. Very rude and disrespectful. The associate had dreads and glasses. Me and my daughter (black) got over looked by everyone and all the white pepper that game in or lighter skinned customers got greeted and treated fairly.
