I came here about a few months ago, I’m now writing a review since I just found the receipt and decided to give a good review on Melanie. She was very nice and helpful when I was trying to find a good scent perfume. There’s not a lot of employees that actually like helping and she was very patient. Def will be back

Quick pickup order. Worked great, super fast. Team very nice. Parking rough on a Saturday. Who knew so many people still go to the outlet mall but it’s no joke here!

I went in today for a few things and the staff I worked with was amazing. They seemed knowledgeable in the products and were extremely helpful in finding something that worked for me! I had my son (under two) with me and one of the ladies was singing and chatting with him. We had a great experience and will be back!

Waited forever for customer service even after they acknowledged it. Ended up not getting the product after the fact since they seem to have forgotten to help.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I was treated horribly. They would not honor a price even though they took the tag down in front of me. So rude and very un friendly customer service. The only kind worker was the blond working the front door. Learn to be kind, I work retail it is not hard to make people feel welcome. I will be taking my business to Ulta where I feel valued and will honor what is right. I will be telling all to stay away. I walked out of there in tears with how I was treated. :( Very dissapointed!
