Malun was very helpful towards us and I’ll be back for more makeup it makes us smile. Lots of high end makeup products selection is good. Since Nordstrom’s left it’s been a struggle with makeup but I’m glad Sephora has more luxury brands in store so you can try them out before purchasing

This is a late review but OMG! Cesar made my Sephora experience amazing. As a first-time makeup buyer, I was nervous, but he took the time to educate me, answer all my questions, and recommend products that truly fit my needs. He also suggested great skincare products and walked me through how to use them. Cesar was kind, patient, and very understanding. His help made me feel confident and excited to start my makeup and skincare journey.

Starr was the best! she helped me so much and made me feel acknowledged. Her customer service was amazing. Hopefully I see her next time I shop at this Sephora!

I found some great lip tint options, and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I had an uncomfortable interaction at the beauty station, which was completely empty at the time. While trying a lipstick with a disposable applicator, a staff member questioned whether I had a beauty service appointment and made a point about keeping the station “sterile.” This felt unnecessary, as this isn’t a healthcare setting, I used a disposable applicator, and I made sure to clean up after myself. If the station is appointment-only, clearer signage would be appreciated. As a first-time visit, this interaction unfortunately left a less-than-great impression.

The store employees want to act like they're assisting you, but in reality every time you go in they're literally following you every where in the store and positioning themselves by the door or watching you to purposely make you feel uncomfortable in the store or put a stupid cart in your face when you're simply just browsing. Better to shop online if you do continue to shop here...but honestly I'm ready to boycott altogether and take my $ somewhere else.
