I visited this Sephora on January 13 around 1:45 PM and initially had a great experience thanks to Tammy. She was kind, patient, and genuinely took the time to understand my skin and recommend products that actually fit my needs. She made me feel heard and cared for—thank you, Tammy. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill after I asked if my husband could also receive a skincare consultation. We were assisted by another employee whose name I didn’t catch, a young woman with a beard, who was extremely rude and dismissive. Before we could even explain ourselves, she implied we were requesting the service “just for fun,” as if we were wasting her time. This was upsetting and completely uncalled for, especially since we were actively shopping and planning to purchase products. T

I’ve never encountered such a rude and nasty employee until this past Monday while I was shopping at this Sephora location. I simply walked up to an employee who was “fixing “ her makeup in the mirror, clearly indicating that she was not busy. I said “Hi, could you tell me where”. - and before I could finish my question she turns, looks at me and states “I’m off the clock!” She then turns back to the mirror and continues to “fix” her makeup. I usually don’t write reviews, however she needs to be reprimanded.. I don’t know if she’s just young and doesn’t know any better or if she’s just that rude. Either way I’m I will choose to shop at another Sephora location if this is the type of customer service that’s given. On the other hand thank you so much to the employee Erika for taking the tim

Went today with my daughter in town from Austin and Jay was absolutely amazing!! She helped us with our concealers and I have never been so impressed with the talent she had for color and coverage. I had developed allergies and have dark circles and she nailed it with the product I needed. I have purchased so many products that didn’t work but she listened and made it happen beautifully, same with my daughter. Then got a few more products for under eye dryness and again she nailed it! We are so pleased to meet her and have the help of such a talented young lady! Jay- we are the best ever!! We will be back! Thank you!

To start I am a baby beginner with make-up, and I really wanted to learn more. I had no idea what to buy or how to start shopping for the right products. Luckily, my supportive husband treated me to a personal beauty lesson with a Sephora employee. This lesson is 75 minutes and cost $75. The Sephora makeup artist will personalize their care to fit your specific needs and wants. I was very timid and unsure if I could handle all that new information in one day; but surprisingly I had a wonderful time learning! I learned about the different types of make-up available, what types of make-up I should wear based on my personal preferences, what make-up matches my skin tone and so much more. The best part, of course, was the makeover lesson! The Sephora makeup artist, Alyssa, spent every momen
