My rating & review are based upon the events that had the most impact (+ or -) during my recent visit and purchase @ Sephora. My Go on 👍🏽 I had a great experience at Sephora! I was greeted by a very cheerful and pleasant sales associate when I entered. When I got the item I wanted, an equally pleasant sales associate was helpful, kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Her assistance and the transaction were both top-notch! 🙁 Easy Fixes 😃n 2 My Cons (-): The #1 one issue I have continuously reoccurs, has me quite vexed. Why is Sol de Janeiro shampoo & conditioner, basic essential items, more often NOT on-shelf and/or in-stock in any store? This has me feeling utterly perplexed! My hasn't anything to resolve or at least improve the issue been put to the test? Oh, almost forgot the second thi

If you’re a person of color (black) then be wary coming to this store. Just experienced racial profiling from two workers in store when I was looking through the foundations. Trying to find my shade number. My aunt and mother who are white presenting, did not have that issue and once I left the store and they were still inside stated they were profiling every young black or minority person. Just be aware.

I’ve been a loyal customer for decades, but this store has become a nightmare. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, including a manager who thinks she’s the CEO. I’ve never tolerated this kind of behavior. Sometimes, people need to be put in their place. Customers deserve better.

I had the BEST experience ever at this Sephora. I’ve always struggled with finding the right shade of foundation to match my skin tone. However, Emmy was super helpful and just absolutely amazing. You can tell she is knowledgeable about skin as she knew almost instantly what my shade is. She also did a skin graph or IQ which tells me everything I need to know about my skin! It also provides a full listing of recommended products so that I can shop confidently next time ! Thanks so much again Emmy for a great customer service expedience.

I’ve been to the Sephora in Attleboro a few times now, and honestly, each visit has been a letdown. I’ve noticed that the staff just don’t seem very helpful or welcoming. They’ve actually come off as a bit rude and kind of judgmental, which has made shopping there pretty uncomfortable for me. I really do like Sephora’s products, so I hope they can improve the customer service experience in the future.
