SEPHORA at Kohl's

Was here to purchase items but wanted to try foundation and get sample. Middle age blonde w glasses was not welcoming and just watched as I looked at everything. She did not recommend any items but just said she couldn’t provide samples on some items. The way she talked to other customers was very rude and not helpful.

Went in for my birthday gift, but everyone was busy and they referred me to go to another store because they lack of inventory.

Very bad customer service i went there today and there was a girl working there was not helpful at all, had so much attitude and does not know how to help customer and give good customer service. I will not recommend this sephora to anyone please don’t go there otherwise you are just wasting your time.

I went in last week to get help matching a foundation as well as to buy my first expensive bottle of foundation. I still use Loreal over the counter Walmart stuff. I was helped by Destiny; she was the only sale associate there at the time. Destiny very pleasant and knowledgeable, very good at what she does, excellent with makeup and suggestions. She totally took her time with me, but still able to assist every customer in the store. The store did not have the product that I wished to purchase so Destiny helped me order it on the app., I know that is what they are supposed to do to make a sale, I just feel as if Destiny went above and beyond to help me in every way possible. i will definitely go back just because of the customer care. thank you kelly

The nicest sephora i’ve seen. Super spacious & convenient location. The girls are so helpful and sweet! Destiny helped me color match and I could have not asked for better customer service! She was genuinely excited to help me!
