Headlines the Spa at Hillcrest

First time going to a spa and getting a facial done. Took my sister with me while she was visiting, and we absolutely loved our time at Headlines! Customer service is paramount to me, and I will always drive the extra distance or pay the extra dollar for a positive experience... and long story short, I am a new repeat customer! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by the warm and inviting front desk staff, who made us feel comfortable and at home. Our beautician's were Sufia and Kirsten - they were super friendly and professional. We were asked about any skin concerns we wanted addressed or focused on, and our facials were adjusted accordingly. Yesterday, two friends and I treated ourselves to a Sip & Soak at Headlines Salon & Spa followed by massages, and it was such an incredible experience. The Sip & Soak was the perfect way to relax and unwind before our services. We each had a different massages, deep tissue, therapeutic, and prenatal, and every single one of them was absolutely fabulous. Our therapists were amazing and truly listened to what we needed. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and the spa itself is beautiful, clean, and so relaxing. From start to finish, everything was top-notch!! Highly recommend Headlines if you’re looking for the ultimate spa experience. We can’t wait to go back!

I love getting my hair done at Headlines! Stefani is amazing! I took the plunge and had her cut a total of almost 8”(inch by inch, she was patient and supportive with me!) My hair turned out great and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks Stefani!

I got a massage while I was visiting my parents in California. It was AMAZING! Amy, my masseuse did such an amazing job! I swear, she massaged at least 5 years worth of tension out of me! I will definitely be back the next time I visit!

From the moment you walk in you feel pampered! From the front staff to the esthetician and even during checkout they anticipate your every need. Loved the facial I received from Meghan she is amazing, knowledgeable and very helpful in giving suggestions on the best products for my face. I never leave without booking another appointment for the following month. Self care is so worth it!
