SEPHORA at Kohl's

Crystal checked out my items today and I had a very pleasant experience! It’s busy as the holidays always are so there was a slight wait, but it really is no problem at all and her attitude lifted me right back up. The overall atmosphere and layout is nice and easy to navigate

This location always goes above and beyond with their customer service! All the associates are Amazing, but I want to specifically point out Crystal! Our daughter is younger, but Crystal always treats her with respect, kindness, patience, and never treats her less than! What an amazing role model you are! Thank you!

I couldn’t be happier with my experiences at this Sephora. I’ve gone in multiple times but yesterday was the best visit. The associate was so sweet and understanding. I cannot remember her name, but she had black ang gray tattoos and piercings and was so pretty. I told her I was looking for an affordable foundation and she showed me what she recommends and helped me color match it. This is now my favorite foundation and I couldn’t thank her enough!!

I really like this Sephora however they NEED more staff. I feel bad for the worker on shift. They are always hustling around trying to help customers and ring people out. You should at least have one on reg and one helping customers… other than that the staff is super nice and helpful I just wish the owner of the Sephora would put more than one worker at a time to do all the work.
