*EMPLOYEE REVIEW #1: I actually have two Sephora beauty advisors that I’d like to leave reviews for here- I’ll start with Noelle, who helped me this evening (March 24). Noelle was very helpful and super knowledgeable- she was able to help me choose between a few skincare products I was looking at, and I ended up leaving with a couple of makeup products that had just been launched, which is exactly what I was wanting- something new that I didn’t already have. She was busy helping other customers at the cash register, while trying to close the store yet didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She’s an asset to your company, I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. *EMPLOYEE REVIEW #2: I stopped in to Sephora approximately 2 weeks ago (March 6) for a few products, but due to my pickiness

Don’t come here if you are a person of color. They see us as unimportant things that steal from them. The lady made a super rude comment on my male family member and after I brought to her attention he was my family member she went “oh” she didn’t even apologize for her rude behavior. She also didn’t want to check me out she kept asking her coworker if she could do it real quick AFTER CHECKING OUT TWO PEOPLE INFRONT OF ME. Stop feeding their corporate greed especially when they employ and protect morally unethical people.

We me and my daughter went here, we got all of are stuff and we went to the register and it said we had to go to the main register so we went and we were using a gift card and the lady said we can’t use gift cards at the main register so we went back and there were still was no person. We waited for like 20 minutes and then we finally decided to leave and we left all of it there of are at least 7 idioms that we were going to get and me and my daughter were very disappointed.

I bought a sample perfume set from Sephora and was told as I was checking out that they don’t allow returns for this item. Thinking nothing of it, because I didn’t plan on returning it, I said that was fine and went on my way. Once I got to my car I pulled the item out of my bag to inspect it more carefully, and realized it was taped (which was odd if they don’t allow returns on it) so I opened it up and realized it only had five of the seven samples. I went back in thinking they would do something for me even if I couldn’t return it, and was just told, I’m sorry ma’am there is absolutely nothing we can do for you. I asked if they could give me two other samples of perfume and was told they had no samples they could give me. The manager was totally unwilling to help me, and I was completel

I was new to the store when I walked in i asked for help finding what I needed. The young lady who helped me was super kind and helpful; she got me set up with everything I needed!!! I don’t know why people are having bad experiences and I’m sorry for them but mine was great I’ve gone back many time and have always been treated with the same level of kindness and helpfulness!!! I love Sephora!!!!!!
