really enjoyed my first sauna session here (I tried it via classpass)! you get to choose your own lighting, and there's spotiy and netflix. very relaxing and clean inviting space. do wish it got a bit hotter, but overall was lovely. would recommend

Had a fantastic experience here- had my first infrared sauna session this past weekend and it was wonderful. The private session was so nice and clean and had all the features you would need for someone who is new and additional add ons that made the experience so nice. Great staff helping with comfort and ensuring that I enjoyed my session. Amazing place would definitely recommend.

If you haven't tried Infrared Sauna or Red light therapy yet, try it! I've seen improvements in my skin from both (tightened pores, more glow, less winter dryness, lightening of scars) and feel so relaxed yet energized by the infrared sauna. ALL of the health benefits of both are pretty wild! Seriously! Go treat yourself to Beem!
