Since I am a bit older now and a tomboy at heart, I went to Sephora hoping for lots of help. Enter Kaitlin. Thank Gawd. I got everything I needed and we even had fun giggling like girls do. This will be my go-to and Ulta - next door - can forget it. I have rarely gotten individualised attention and help there. I hope everyone finds this helpful and gets the same experience I did. 🧡

This particular location is horrible. The unwillingness is beyond unbelievable. Every time I go to the store and I would like some help to find a different kind of concealer or to get one of the associates to help me to find the right shades and make up. It’s like I practically have to beg them.. Then when they do finally help, it’s a half ass job. I won’t be going back to this location. I rather travel to Orlando, where I feel welcome then to go back to this horrible store.

Great experience at this location, never had a bad experience. Each member I have interacted with over the last year wanted to leave a really good review. I did have a lady recently when I went to go find a new perfume scent. She helped me out a lot. I love going to the Sephora over the other location in Viera as they're more tentative to my needs. I just wish that they had more of a selection like the other freestanding Sephora but kudos to the staff as they're always very helpful.

The attendant who assisted me was super sweet and took time out from what she was doing to locate a product that I've been looking for, as it normally sells out. I have a few favorite products from Sephora but the Mascara is absolutely fantastic!
