SEPHORA at Kohl's

Literally just left this location, 6:50pm 01/21/26 3 girls behind Sephora register. Not one person acknowledged me or asked if i needed anything. Two looked at me, one was helping customer at register and didn’t even have decency to say “hi how are u welcome in”…. Is this what customer service has come to?? I was walking around for 5-6 mins looking for topicals eye matches when i went around row after row and finally decided to ask for help. I asked did they have the topical eye patches while one girl wore eye patches at work. They all said no, instead of saying, “well we do have these would you like to try these instead” it was a dead end no, i immediately felt out of place and ready to go . Please do better !!! This is crazy

I went in today and a Caucasian woman behind the counter was so incredibly rude, I was flabbergasted. It seems that there is a common theme among this woman and the terrible customer service in previous reviews. No one deserves to be bullied by this woman, Sephora let her go.

I went to Sephora looking for the Phlur Vanilla Body Spray. Although I didn’t find it, Rita was super helpful making sure to check the backstock for me and to go through other body mist options until I found something that I liked. I got the Phlur Caramel Body Spray. She also gave me very helpful tips on body mist that I didn’t know about. Great experience and would recommend.

The lady on duty named Leslie was EXTREMELY RUDE, SHORT, CURT, ARGUMENTATIVE & she just seemed like she did not want to be bothered. As I was looking for what I needed I overheard her nasty & rude treatment of the previous customer, I was hoping I could find what I needed & not have to deal with her. Unfortunately, I could not find what I needed which was the YOU perfume so I had to ask her and her response “Free Standing Store” so I asked her “what is that” & she said “free standing store like I told you” I then told her she was rude to me & the lady before me so she started arguing with me & then told me she wasn’t going to argue with me. I was beside myself because the only one arguing was HER! She then proceeded to state I was belittling her. I was like “What?” I think she needs

I don’t like the last visit that woman was there She had an attitude And she watch me like I’m going to steal something. She made me feel so uncomfortable. But I continued shopping for the products I wanted and the perfume too, she have very bad aptitude. I asked for a product. She said we don’t have that and I‘m looking by myself and I find it. I buy that perfume and I asked for the special because in this time they have like it 20% off and the big perfumes and she said no and I go to another Sephora they have special that’s why I’m going to return the perfume, and going to buy another place of Sephora.
