SEPHORA at Kohl's

I’ve never been to this location before but I called to check if they had a product in stock and the beauty advisor that answered the phone was extremely rude for no reason, I could tell she was annoyed to have answer the phone. Stop hiring people who lack basic customer service skills. This is a beauty store employees are supposed to be friendly and welcoming and she was the complete opposite. I’m glad I called before wasting my time going in the store.

I go to this Sephora often. I love shopping with the girls. This is the first time I encountered the cashier Gabi and she was extremely rude. I spent $1,000 at Sephora this month and at least $800 at that store and I’m so tempted to pack everything up bring it there and return it. Gabi would not let me shop comfortably like she was watching me and when I mentioned I had an exchanged her attitude soured. She immediately acted like she couldn’t return items I purchased from that store. I basically had to beg her to look up my profile to complete a return. Then she snatched my money out of my hand when I went to pay the difference. Horrible experience. I usually go in with my hair straightened and makeup done, I hope the fact that I had my natural hair out and barefaced didn’t affect my ser

Great customer service from Both reps. Nicole was really helpful and friendly. I watched her go up to each person and ask if they needed help. 10/10 recommend

I'm not sure why the rating of this location is so low. I've been to this Sephora location a handful of times and everytime has been lovely. It is the best Sephora at Kohl's location I've ever been to. The selection is huge for a Sephora at Kohl's and while they can't fit every single product in there by virtue of it being smaller than an actual Sephora stand alone, it is in great shape with well kept testers and good stock of the products they are able to carry. The staff has always been attentive and friendly whenever I visit. They treat customers like good friends, giving them honest and helpful advice along with great product recommendations-- and they really know their stuff!! I highly recommend dropping by this Sephora as it is a good location for picking up all your beauty needs!!
