Hi there, I went to this Sephora with my sister to get some makeup stuff and had a strange experience. My sister and I both split up and were on either side of the Sephora area inside Kohl’s and one employee seemed to appear at the end of every aisle that I was browsing through looking for lip oils. I felt like I needed to rush and that I was stealing or was intending to steal. I wanted to take my time and be confident about my purchases. My sister and I together both spent $200 here and the funniest thing is that my sister mentioned that she also felt judged and as though she was going to steal as well. I spent over 200 for makeup on me and my sister it was meant to be a bonding experience but the employees at this store made us both feel like we were shop lifting when in reality we are trying to buy make up we like and take our time to look. Very saddened to feel so small and judged by Sephora employees. Won’t be returning here. Horrible service :( should’ve gone to ulta

I always have a good experience at this Kohl's/Sephora. But today I was helped by Jessica and she was absolutely amazing! She answered all of our questions and was really knowledgeable on color matching and all of the products. What a gem!
