SEPHORA at Kohl's

I went to the Sophora and me and my friends and my older sister were SUPER disrespected the worker asked if we could stop spraying the TESTER (key word:TESTER) in the air we did stop then my friend got a TESTER SAMPLE PAPER TO SPRAY THE TESTERS ON and then we got yelled at and got called TRASHY KIDS AND SAID WE WERE MOCKING HER WE WERENT AND SHE SHOOED US AWAY AND WE WERE TRYING TO BE RESPECTFUL AND THE WORKER SAID “I don’t care you and your trashy friends can get out” we said please Dont call us disrespectful we don’t appreciate it then the worker said i don’t care GET OUT Dont shop where again and we don’t want you back Please do not shop here if there is a dark skinned lady thats British or else you will be assaulted verbally

Went to purchase a new skin care regimen and was greeted by this awesome women with the most beautiful name I've ever heard, Maia Not only was she personable, she was also very knowledgeable of the products she recommended. She made me feel confident in what I was buying. Sephora GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE!!! Thanks again Maia....I will be back again & again

Frankie was excellent and sweet! Came in the other day with my mom who needed help with her foundation shade and he did a great job matching her tone. Was very efficient and educated!
