Holiday Hair

My daughter had her hair cut by Shaina today. Her appointment was at 2:00 my card was charged at 2:08 $35.00 plus tip (42.00 total). Shaina cut her hair without fully wetting it and then charge her more than a shampoo and cut on the website (32.00). Shaina did offer to wash and recut her hair but I think she saw a young girl and thought she could take advantage. A child's cut (no wash or style is $26 on the website). I think it's a shame this was our experience when trying to teach our daughter independence through experience. Edited to add: While I appreciate the response from the owner, no steps were taken to correct the over charge, as of December 23rd, and my daughter's hair isn't even. Like always, I showed up last minute without an appointment, and I was so happy they were able to fit me in right away. My stylist—who had the cutest short blue hairstyle—was AMAZING! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and truly cared about every little detail. I explained what I wanted, and she went above and beyond, completely exceeding my expectations. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I walked out loving my haircut and feeling so grateful for such an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

Heather always does an amazing job on whatever I choose to get done! She really made my hair pop with the layers we decided to go with! She also helped fix my little mess up trying to dye my own hair. The semi-permanent looks awesome. Every time she does my eyebrows I couldn’t be happier with the result. 10/10 recommend going to see her!!

I had another amazing haircut with Heather today! She’s so thoughtful about talking through my inspiration photos, really listening to what I want and explaining what will work best for my hair texture and face shape. The first time I went to her, it was the happiest I’ve ever been with a haircut and she repeated that magic again today. I’m never going anywhere else as long as Heather is there. Highly recommend!

I really appreciated Michele yesterday. She did a really good job and she guided me to a good Shampoo for my hair which btw was truly needed especially since I’ve been using the wrong kind for a really long time. All of the girls there are very nice and welcoming. I’ll be going there as long as I live here. Only problem is I think it’s a little more pricey than I like for what I needed but probably like that everywhere . It’s because I tip.only because I have short hair. It doesn’t take that long. Maybe for re occurring customers as discount? Just a thought. It’s not there fault that corporate makes up the cost.
