SEPHORA at Kohl's

The staff in the State Collge store were very rude. I approached the counter to purchase a gift card and both young girls looked at me disgusted. Neither offered to help me . I asked to purchase a gift card. The response was how much?. I told her was handed a gift card without a word. I will never enter this store again. Im not sure who manages this store or who does the hiring but I did not fell comfortable entering or shopping at your store let alone asking for help or advice. Please rethink your choices

Totally agree with reviews staff not pleasant. Next time I will purchase expensive gift card from cvs or grocery store. Bitchy sales people in sephora register didnt want to help me. Wow last time I purchase sephora gift card in the store! To be clear Kohls sales people in rest of store fantastic. Maybe they should take some lessons from them.

I was there yesterday to use a gift card someone bought me for Christmas. I will never buy makeup anywhere else now. I think the personal service is excellent and I found the correct shade for my skintone. ❤️

I got my son and husband a pair of Oakley sunglasses 6-7 weeks ago. Both broke. The pin fell out of my sons and the Oakley symbol fell off my husband’s frame. I took them back to state college kohls, no receipt, no nothing to exchange what i bought. The customer service lady I wish knew her name!!! She was super and a great friendly customer service employee! She was never was annoyed by me not having what I should have had. She went above and beyond finding the needed information to help complete my exchange. She is a 5 star and that’s hard to find in employees.

Shopping for granddaughters and the ladies were very helpful
