SEPHORA at Kohl's

I bought a perfume at the store in Shirley, NY. It only lasted 7 months before it went bad, and the explanation I received was that I should have kept the perfume in a dark room.

We had a great expirence! The cashier we had, Julie, was truly the sweetest! She was honest about all the products and was so gorgeous!

All the workers here were so nice and I got help to pick out a blush that was a really good shade (despite thinking a different one would be, I stand corrected haha) and the person helping me was so sweet and funny. They gave me a great experience on my birthday, thank you!

Went in to do a return and the cashier was so incredibly rude towards me. She Tried to tell me I previously returned an item even though I bought it the day before. I had my receipt and additional proof in my Sephora app. Which she didn’t even give me the time of day for. I was under charged $20 for my return but I was so annoyed that I just let it go because it wouldn’t of been taken care of anyway. The environment is so unfriendly and intimidating, the other associate just ignored me. One star is too many Sephora needs to really consider the people they hire. Disgusting

Sephora is one of my favorite places to go to. Me and my friend were previously at the ulta across from the Sephora (I hope you know what I’m talking about lol). We walk into the Sephora with an ulta bag, HOLDING MULTIPLE 100 DOLLAR SEPHORA GIFT CARDS THAT WE HAVE BEEN SAVING UP FOR OUR BIRTHDAY. I start picking things up that I have been planning on purchasing for at least a month. My hands start getting full, so my friend asks me if I wanted to place one of the things in the ulta bag (we were going to buy it later on). I had more things I wanted to buy in mind and I didn’t want to make a scene by dropping everything so I agree with her and I put an item into the bag.
