SEPHORA at Kohl's

Cashier at Sephora - Camilla (Cami) 3/03 I’ve never felt rushed at Sephora until today, mind you it wasn’t busy , She came across as rude and made us feel rushed while we were trying to make our purchase. She was also using inappropriate language talking to another employee while dealing with us which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. On the other hand Leslie was sweet and helpful , Please do better

Stopped by today 11/2/24 with a list of must haves. Maddy was my care taker and she was fabulous!!! She was very patient as we whirled through the store in search of much needed items. I so wish I could package her and take her back to Garland, TX with me. Best service I've experienced Kohls/Sephora!! Thanks Maddie 😊

I didn’t have high customer service expectations because Sephora usually has pretty rude employees, but this place was shockingly worse than usual. I waited around for over twenty minutes to buy some things for my daughter because the only lady working there was pacing around the store on a loud, angry personal phone call. Just save yourself the trouble and go next door to Ulta. Kohl’s is gross anyway.

Walked in there were like 5 girls standing around chip chatting. Ask them if they had a replacement lid. And they said they don't have any extras with the very short attitude. I'm sure they could have used their resources or spoken with the manager to make it right with this customer. Will not be coming back.
