We had the BEST Galentine spa day and every service was a hit ✨ The Infrared Sauna melted stress away and left us glowing, while the HaloRed (Red Light Therapy) felt like quiet collagen magic happening behind the scenes. That combo was my personal favorite for anti-aging and overall radiance. Total glow-up energy. Compression Therapy was like a rhythmic hug for tired legs, and the Ionic Foot Detox was relaxing and grounding. Beautiful space, knowledgeable staff, ionized water flowing all day. We all had different favorites, which says everything. 10/10, we’ll be back 💗

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the spa package! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The sauna was the perfect way to start — it helped me completely unwind. The red light therapy was soothing and calming, and the foot detox was such a unique and refreshing experience. I especially loved the compression therapy — it left me feeling lighter and rejuvenated. I truly enjoyed every part of my visit, and I can honestly say I feel so much better after leaving. I came across this gem when I was originally searching for massage places in Sherman. Once I read through the website amd what is offered, I immediately purchased the combo pack. I started with the halotherapy with Red light. I added on the vibration plate, which I highly recommend. Next, I did the hip and thigh compression. My SI joint pain has subsided just a few hours later. I did the ionic foot detox as well. I did the Infrared sauna on the detox setting, then finished up with floating. Ashley is knowledgeable about all that she offers and is genuinely a sweet person. I enjoyed her excitement about the products and services that she offers. I can't wait to come back and do this all over again.

I love every modality they have here to offer and now Ashley can coach you to better health with all of her knowledge and health training! I love the salt and red light cave, the lymphatic boots , but my favorite was the float! I had never experienced anything like this before. I had heard testimonies that you can actually fall asleep floating My mind could not comprehend that until... I floated! It has literally been the most healing and restful experience I have ever experienced and I have been doing health modalities the last 6 years! You have to come float and check out all of the amazing opportunities to strengthen and heal your body! Full package!
