SEPHORA at Kohl's

No one greeted or offered to help find anything. Literally made like three laps around the makeup section to find what I was looking for. Upon check out, I typed my number in for Sephora rewards or whatever. Wasn't found in the system which is fine I dont really shop here often anyway. One of the workers starts asking for my email , and then asks for my email again and also for a phone number. I stop and ask if she's signing me up because I didn't want that. She says 'Nope, I'm just trying to find you in the system'. Weird, but okay. Apparently she finds my account which is fine. And then I check my email later that night to see that I got signed up for Kohls Rewards and another email to link my Sephora account to this new generated Kohls Rewards account. Not cool at allllll lady. Cal

Went in here with my dad who was letting me pick out some makeup for my birthday. When walking in no one greeted me , the associates walked past me and said nothing. I eventually went up to the counter to ask a foundation question. The associate came to the section I was asking about and there were about 5 shades missing . The associate said they didn’t have the testers just the ones you can buy. That was absolutely fine but not once did she or anyone say hey we don’t have these to test how about another one or I can recommend something similar , or what’s bringing you In today can I help you find something , no customer service at all . Pretty sad

Worst Sephora ever. Struggled for an hour to try to find what I was looking for and not a single person asked me if I needed help or greeted me or anything. They’re missing half of their testers on EVERY brand so I couldn’t foundation match. I ended up leaving and buying nothing and went to Ulta. Much better customer service

While shopping today I was helped by a woman named Kaylee. She was amazing. Extremely knowledgeable AND helpful. Thank you.
